[Bug]: missing the run button in checkmarx #293

What happened?
Hi, I am missing the run button in checkmarx window in visual studio 2022.
It was available until few weeks back. Can you please let me know how to get it back working in visual studio 2022.
All I see is the filter, group by, reset extension, open checkmarx settings.
PS: I confirmed that my API key is valid and validate connection is successful.
Appreciate your help as it is a showstopper in my case.
