[Enhancement]: Update link to MCP config location #1324

What problem does this solve?
In the extension settings, under the 'Checkmarx: MCP' setting, there is a link to edit MCP settings in settings.json. This is outdated as VS code now stores configuration in a dedicated mcp.json config file now.
Proposed Solution
Update the link to point at mcp.json instead.
