By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BluNote (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided for general informational and wellness tracking purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, hydration needs, diet, or wellness plan. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen in the App.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number immediately.
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any decisions you make based on information displayed by the App. Hydration needs vary by individual and can be affected by health conditions, medications, pregnancy, climate, physical activity, and other factors.
You should use your own judgment and, where appropriate, consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your fluid intake.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any outputs, reminders, goals, or calculations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the authors, contributors, or copyright holders be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the App.
This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other basis, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Hydration reminders, goals, and progress indicators are estimates only. Overhydration and underhydration can be harmful. If you experience symptoms such as dizziness, confusion, nausea, headache, swelling, or any other concerning symptoms, stop using the App for guidance and consult a healthcare professional.
The App may rely on device features (e.g., notifications, background execution, storage). Availability and reliability of such features depend on your device settings, operating system, and permissions. We are not responsible for failures caused by device restrictions, permission settings, or operating system behavior.
The source code of the App may be made available under an open-source license (see the LICENSE file in the repository). These Terms do not replace or override the applicable open-source license for the code. If there is a conflict, the open-source license governs to the extent of that conflict.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when changes were last made. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
