Bug Description
Error occurs when launching Claude Code and Codex via Windows Terminal:
The files reported as "not found" in the terminal actually exist. Checking "Check for updates and install the latest version" did not resolve the issue.
Launching via Command Prompt works without issues.
Steps To Reproduce
Launch OpenAI Codex or Claude Code via Windows Terminal from the "Code" app in Cherry Studio
Expected Behavior
Successfully launch OpenAI Codex and Claude Code via Windows Terminal

Claude Code 和 Codex 通过 Windows Terminal 启动时报错：
终端中提示"找不到"的文件是存在的。勾选"检查更新并安装最新版本"也没有改善。
通过 Command Prompt 启动没有问题。
