Add Yggdrasil build support for all platforms

Current build setup only supports a small subset of arch, figure out how to support all platforms.

Hey,
Is there a way to support ppc (does CvxCompress compile on ppc?)? or to have CvxCompress as an optional dependency for things like WaveFD?

Hey Rami,

Unfortunately, we have only tested on linux x86-64, and we don't have access to ppc. Would you have energy to test for ppc? With Julia 1.9, we can probably look at making it an optional dep.

It would be good to get it working on ppc, I don't imagine being able to do 3D without compression. I can test it for you :)
I am using julia 1.9 for what I am doing now, so having it as an optional dependency may be the path of least resistance as an initial try.

I tried to compile on ppc, and it looks like cvxcompress is chock-full of x86 intrinsics, and I am out of my depth fast :D
