FIX: [Climate Tokenization Engine] Add validation check on API requests to v1/tokenize to make sure warehouseUnit exists before tokenization

Currently the API does not check if a warehouse unit exists before tokenizing. The UI prevents this, but when programmatically calling APIs a user can tokenize something that doesnt exist.
