AUDIT: [EVERYTHING] Audit the list of UI endpoints that are calling CADT to ensure they are using pagination params

We have many UIs which call CADT endpoints for various data. Notably:

1. CADT UI
2. Tokenization engine UI
3. Explorer UI
4. Climate wallet UI

We need to audit each of these UIs and determine which endpoints are calling CADT APIs. Once we audit, we will update this ticket with the list of endpoints that interact with CADT.

Then, we will update each endpoint in each UI to ensure that CADT calls include pagination params.
