Question about transferring the blockchain and system folder

Hello dear developers. Please tell me how can I transfer all working and system files to a separate external drive? The task is to make sure that the chia client is completely loaded from an external hard drive, starting with downloading and storing the blockchain book, ending with system folders and program files. If I understand correctly, all you need to transfer three directories.
1. "C:\Users\user.chia"
2. "C:\Users\user.chia_keys"
3. "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\chia-blockchain"
----> to external hard drive and reconfigure the program so that it runs and loads the blockchain from this hard drive.
