Upgrade to 1.3 - Pool issue

After upgrade to version 1.3 the pool tab showed me that I'm joined to different pool "
https://farm.pool.garden" while I was member of "https://us1.ggpool.org" before the upgrade.

I couldn't join "https://us1.ggpool.org" pool. I got several error message. the solution was to delete unconfirmed transactions.

Then I tried to join "https://us1.ggpool.org" No error but it's doing nothing. still connected to the old on

I tried to do solo farm but the status is pending for 10 hours.
