you have the is_peak problem talked about here #9677
short solution:
Close down the client, and remove the folder \db\ located in your users home folder, in ~\.chia\mainnet\db\
Then reopen the client, and it will have to resync the entire blockchain from 0 - this can take 20-100+ hours, depending on hardware
