Wallet issue

Hi

My number of XCH are different today.
I used to get 14 XCH and today As I restart my PC, the number appears to get 4 XCH instaed of 14 XCH ???
As I get the Wallet version, I can proove that the amount was 14 XCH but it seems to change alone in the Chia Blockchain 1.3.1
