Port forwarding 8444

Hi, i set up the settings for port forwarding 8444 to my router.
I changed the System from my Laptop to my tower pc in the last months.

since then the port forwarding shows me that the "Port is closed" unfortunately I changed all setting to the tower pc (IP address etc.) on my router but still no forwarding according to the https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

do you think something is missing... or does external websites only show the forwarding of the external IP-adress.

since my system change I got no reward in the Chia Farmer.

If you have any ideas what's maybe wrong in my settings, I would thank you for any help.
