FULL Node does not sinc, 1.3.3 - My report solution

I would like to share some difficulties in upgrading from CHIA 1.3.3. after updating I verified that it pointed to fullnode connection errors. so i checked firewall, it was ok!
I checked port 8444. it was ok, but it wouldn't connect.
Wallet was synced and transacting, but the farm was not.
I chose to update python as I had seen bug notes in 3.10 so I reinstalled 3.9. (although I discovered that chia already comes with python).
Did not connect.
so i deleted the database, went to chia-database.com and downloaded the updated v2. from there, it was a few hours of synchronization and everything is ok!
In case anyone is having the same problem, here's my report.
