Timing out and or [NoneType' object is not subscriptable] Error

I am just recovering from a HD crash and I'm resealing but when I get to the Chia Client I either get a Time out error or 'NoneType' object is not subscriptable error. I have my MNEMONICS words, but that's not helping. Any suggestion's that I can try?

Sorry to be a PIA, found out what was going on. I guess there was a small update after the 1.3.5 file I DL earlier. Once I DL the new file it had me update to a new keyring that was mandatory and forgot about the python requirement.
