Wallet always behind 80-100 block

Hi I have two separate running wallet in docker, the container only run "chia start wallet"
we use version 1.3.5, python 3.9 and miniunpnc 2.2.2
both connected to the same node locally ( different server )

one of the wallet is normal wallet, the other has normal and plotnft wallet
each wallet only has less then 10 transaction per month.

the normal wallet is synced, but the one with plotnft is always behind around 80-100 block even after left it more then a week
both wallet is not use for pooling.

I try clean remove the db but it is the same result always 80-100 block behind and never synced, so I cannot use it to send to another wallet

I put the log in DEBUG mode both are not that different, no known error message.

Currently it solved by reducing wallet full node peer to only to 1 and and set to connect to my node only.
