[Ubuntu 20.04] Failed to connect to mining pool ? SSL 443

I encountered the following problem when mining :

Network is unreachable: this is some kind of network error you are having that is very unlikely to be chia-specific

No, there is no problem with the network connection, I looked at the chia source code that uses a library called aiohttp, and the error also occurs from here. : 443 ssl<ssl.SSLContext object at 0x7f0ada5feb40> [Network is unreachable]

Of course, it may also be a problem with system network settings or ssl certificate, but chia-blockchain should consider this aspect.
