Haven't received XCH in my chia wallet - Issue

Could you please help me with an issue?

On 13th of January i send from Huobi to my Chia wallet 16 XCH and haven't received it yet.

Before i was doing the same transactions on the same address without any issues.

I contacted Huobi they said transaction was successful i have to contact chia wallet.
