CHIA GUI wont show

Hello! Yesterday we had power outage and after it came back, my Chia farmer is not working anymore. I see 3 CHIA processes started in Task Manager, but UI of CHIA doesnt show. When i try CLI, it is stuck at line:

Checking if userData migration is needed
...
Migration needed: false
Setting user data directory to C:\Users\Farmer.chia\mainnet\gui\Chia Blockchain

How can i get my farmer back?
