How is chia the nakamoto consensus algo with lower energy?

Its Proof of Space and Time is the only Nakamoto consensus algorithm since Proof of Work, while also having a much lower energy consumption

Read this in the intro of Chia documentation, Nakamoto consensus is basically about solving the bft problem and several other consensuses algorithms solve it like Proof of history of solana and simply zk proofs for verification.
