Wallet bug*

I had a wallet bug.

Details: I have created a wallet and recorded a seed phrase (3 copies in different places). Farming took place on this wallet. There was a need to reinstall Windows on this device, where the wallet was located. Knowing this phrase, I reinstalled the system without fear, downloaded the official pharming program / wallet again. When the program was turned on, I kept my seed phrase, but unfortunately the wallet balance turned out to be 0. XCH on this wallet was never withdrawn. The only activity is farming. I also noticed that my Fingerprint has changed. How is this possible? If the seed phrase is exactly entered correctly.
