Feature Request: Checkpoint System for High-Transaction Wallets

Description:

Background:
I run a full node with a wallet that has a significant transaction history. This includes:

• Over 16CATs
• A large number of coins to ensure sufficient spendable balance
• Many NFTs
• Pending offers
• A derivation index of over 80k
• Wallet file size of around 3GB

After interruptions, like power outages, reopening the Chia GUI means it checks all transactions from the start. This process takes almost 2-3 days.

Issue:
Resyncing the wallet takes too long due to the high number of transactions and the wallet's complexity.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce a checkpoint system:

1. Regular Checkpoints: Allow the wallet to create checkpoints, perhaps every 100 blocks or every 24 hours.
2. Selective Sync: When I reopen the GUI, the system should only check transactions after the last checkpoint, speeding up the sync process.

Benefits:

• Faster syncing for wallets with many transactions and complex histories.
• Improved user experience.

Conclusion:
A checkpoint system would be beneficial for large-scale projects like mine. It could also draw more developers to the Chia ecosystem, enhancing the network's strength and innovation.
