GPU name to display which GPU is being used by the Harvester Full node

GPU info: I'd love to see the GUI display which GPU my harvester is using. Yes, I can specify in the settings but there is no graphical information in my harvest full node to confirm I'm using the correct GPU. i.e. - list which GPU is # 0, 1, 2 etc & confirm the GPU model beside the GPU label
