Can i use my plots from my 1st farm on my 2nd farm?

Hi,

i startet Plotting and Farming on my first farm and have there 16 Plots and have a second Farm with another Keys with 10 Plots, but i want to use only 1 farm, can i use that how i think?`

I copied my Plots to the folder from the second Farm but they says "not founded plots"

What can i do!
