About the lucky value of plots

Test the plot with challenges to identify found plots vs. expected number of plots, but I found that there are many plots with a ratio less than 0.7.

• 1. Does this mean that it can be deleted and replaced with new plots?
• 2. Is there any way to check if the plots are in the correct format instead of broken files?

What does the ratio of full proofs vs expected proofs mean?
If the ratio is >1, your plot was relatively lucky for this run of challenges.
If the ratio is <1, your plot was relatively unlucky.
