[BUG] Failed to open (invalid plots)

After every plot gets finished, I am unable to farm the plot file. I have checked my keys, changed my plotting tactics, yet every single plot is invalid and unable to farm. What causes this to happen and how should I go about fixing it?

I am on windows OS, plotting on an SSD, and putting plot files on an external USB.

I also noticed that the plot files are completing the 4th phase in the log, and are remaining loaded at 100% for about five hours before they all end up in the Invalid Plots list.

What does chia plots check return?

Are there any error messages in the log file?

adding to the above response, if you are still having this issue.... knowing the output from chia plots check as well as editing your config.yml to change log level from WARNING to INFO may result in some extended context in the log file. Please share both of those here and I might be able to point you in the right direction.

If you are still experiencing the issues it is recommended to upgrade to the latest version of chia. Please download it from here: https://www.chia.net/downloads/

Please note that upgrading major versions of chia generally requires the config.yaml to be recreated using these steps:
1. Stop chia
2. Rename the config or move it to a different directory
3. In CLI run chia init
4. Copy any custom settings from the old config to the new (plot drive directories, pool info, trusted node info, etc) - be careful here as yaml is very picky about formatting including those leading spaces
5. Start Chia
