migrate Chia 1.1.3 - logs :Err.MEMPOOL_NOT_INITIALIZED Err.DOUBLE_SPEND

Chia version 1.1.3
Since my migration i ve on my log many 'new' warning like

full_node chia.full_node.full_node: WARNING Wasn't able to add transaction with id xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx , status 3 error: Err.MEMPOOL_NOT_INITIALIZED

full_node chia.full_node.full_node: WARNING Wasn't able to add transaction with id xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, status 3 error: Err.DOUBLE_SPEND

I ve try to remove wallet db and restart .. nothing change.

Same here. What is this DOUBLE_SPEND issue? Anyone help?
