wallet stops synchronizing and sending xch to another address stucks.

1. So where can i see the transfers? like in ethexplorer i can see transactions how would i here in chiaexplorer
2. why the wallet lost sync when i start transaction
3. how can i understand wich fee cost should i place and should i??? xch costs near 1k so transactions should be over 100$ ? or 1$?
   the problem with stuck transfer is about negative balance. its says it fixed in 1.1.5.
