Farmer sees my remote Harvester but won't farm its plots -- "WARNING Not farming any plots on this harvester. Check your configuration."

I've recently built a secondary machine to serve as a central Main Node & Farmer and I've been trying to convert my first Chia machine into a Harvester-only set up. I've followed the wiki steps and this video and I am ALMOST there. But the Harvester won't recognize these plots when the Farmer calls.

1. chia plots show on the Harvester machine returns the correct paths to the plots

2. chia plots check lists all 45 plots as being valid and the correct size

3. The log on the Farmer Machine shows the proper signage points but ultimately says there are Total 0 plots

4. The Harvester shows up in the Farmer machine's list of Last Attempted proofs as 0/0 rather than 0/45

5. On startup, the log from the Harvester lists all 45 plots with the warning about the keys not being in the Farmer's pk list and then says:

I've tried removing and re-adding the plot directories and that didn't work. Anything else I can try to get this setup to work as described in the wiki?

I have the same problem

3. The log on the Farmer Machine shows the Total 39 plots

4. The Harvester shows up in the Farmer machine's list of Last Attempted proofs as 0/39

If you are still experiencing the issues it is recommended to upgrade to the latest version of chia. Please download it from here: https://www.chia.net/downloads/

Please note that upgrading major versions of chia generally requires the config.yaml to be recreated using these steps:
1. Stop chia
2. Rename the config or move it to a different directory
3. In CLI run chia init
4. Copy any custom settings from the old config to the new (plot drive directories, pool info, trusted node info, etc) - be careful here as yaml is very picky about formatting including those leading spaces
5. Start Chia
