Err.UNKNOWN_UNSPENT or Err.DOUBLE_SPEND

I am getting following messages. All I did was created another Harvester as experiment and added a disk which was on the full node. I later removed from the new harvester and shut that down.

Any idea how to fix this issue? Thanks
