Hpool connect fail

I got "connect fail" error messages.

I want to mine in the hpool. I binding a pool without problem. After I attached my plots. I saw a lot of error messages outputted by "hpool-miner-chia-console.exe"

I also tracked traffic from my home to dest IP.
It showed the following.

Does this problem occur by the internet provider?
Or some wrong with the pool?

Don't join hpool, wait for official pool support which is coming soon.

There are serious security concerns with hpool and you have no guarantee that they will pay out your full share. Another user recently reported here that he got only 60% of what he expected from hpool.
