Question about sync database size

Hi, I'm noticed that ".chia" folder is seemed to get bigger now is 4GB just within 2 weeks all your guy is aware of this or not? if this growth 2GB/wk so in 5 years total size is 500GB so it not easy to move db or good for new user to handle such a huge file to sync otherwise we have new way for sync or record the change
