If I have 0.3% of the network, that should be 30 blocks per 10,000 correct?

Looking at the top farmers, and their % of network and blocks won in the last 10k, it is pretty much exactly what I state in the topic. The question is, does that number hold true the whole way down, or is there a plateau one must hit before that predictable % is valid?

If that is the case, then it seems that displaying expected blocks to win over the next 10k would be a far better number to small farmers than the current time estimate (about x months to win). even if it was a fractional block estimate, it would still be less misleading.
