We have started working side by side on Chia pools for faster plot creation concurrently.
We came to know a single chia plot usually takes about 6 hours to go on farming state. So in a day it is somewhat around 4.
If i want to farm with 16tb hardrive with single machine. Its gonna take me somewhat 40 days.
So take it like this,
To increase the network size by 16tb its gonna take 40 days.
By that time the total network space would change tremendously. So it would be tough to mine.
Right now 16TB is not gonna fetch you 1.3k mo thly if you are lucky enough.
Project 1: plotting concurrently on drive.
We have started devloping on concurrent usage of multiple resources to plot. Effectively we have reached 404 for 10 concurrent processors comitted to a drive and especially created motherboards and limiting the process to multiple threads. These machines are machine language designed to only a specified set of instruction. In this case plotting . We are looking for people to collabrate , invest research onto it.
We have started to sell plotted hardrives to people in order to just raise the funds for this R and D for this . As we understand if an individuals plot more then only the space is gonna occupy and his rewards. But due to slow plotting speed its not possible.
Project B :
Here we are looking to harvesting or farming procedure together.
The only problem is one plot takes memory of 100gb thats the reason it was a tough call. Otherwise we would have device a method to use even a single MB of the network of phones mobile computers.
For eg : consider person A and consider person B
Person A shares 15 Tb
Person B shares 3 Tb.
And many other person in the network consitute 82 TB.
But due to some luck factor Person B is rewarded more as compared to Person A.in this case
Person A plotted somewhat 140 plots and not been rewarded as much as %of the network he must have
Here the Benefit is for only one person out of the two.
So creating pools would change the rewards pattern.
But even here the problem would arise because people would join most dominant pool.
I was calculationg the contraints like this
Pool A : Person n......n+1 and so on.
Rest of other : offset of pool A .
So we farm through pool on this even the nth person who would be sharing 1 plot would be also rewarded. Here individual person wont get a return and the entire pool is rewarded.
We have started devloping and working on the constraints as such as these.
