[Request] Record plotting metadata

I feel like it would be a nice QoL feature for the Gui tool, for each plot to record:

• When plotting started
• When plotting finished (And total time taken as a result)
• Maybe time taken for each phase?
• Plotting info used (no. of threads, ram allocated, buckets)

Trying to plot faster but I neglected to write any of this down.
