Connection filter to promote small farming suggestion (from a UX/Design person)

Could we implement a connections filter based on plot quantity? Could this help sustain a healthy community? I ask because there are some obviously big players at work and it would be great to have a useful, community oriented, highly functional, sustainable blockchain in the world - Chia. Feels very much like chasing a huge pod of rapidly growing whales. When we first started out there was a 1 month estimate to win. Of course, there is huge growth in small farmers too, so expect this to stretch out - but greed is something that would be great to discourage.
