Many signage points at once within ms of each other from multiple peers (ddos?)

Is this ddos attack attempt on nodes? It seems be happening with increased frequency over the past few hours.

Very odd they are sending desynced out of order signage points all at once. I know its normal for challenges to come from peers really close together, but these are insanely close and sending multiples. The amount of peers doing it seems to be growing as well.
