win10 password change affect chia wallet start

After run chia full node for a few weeks, one day I changed my win10 login password, full node stopped sync. I had to restart chia, and re-enter the 24 words mnemonics (the plotting process aborted). It appears the chia finger print # is associated with win10 login password. Can chia dev team look into this to avoid unnecessary import process of mnemonics as we do change our win login password quite often.
Also, if possible, I would like to see some type of password protection of chia full node. To leave no protection of chia full node after win login is not that great. Nobody would like their bank online account open to everyone after win login.
