Plot to unix pipe

This probably doesn't make much sense to most people, but being able to redirect the final plot file as a bytestream to a pipe would be helpful in some edge use cases, and the code changes to make this possible are fairly trivial. Since pipes are pretty foundational to The Unix Way(tm), it seems that we ought to support them, even if it's not a popular request, no?
