Eligible for farming

Hello,

I've started farmer node (chia start farmer) and the interesting thing is that in the debug mode log it writes the following:

2021-05-27T14:49:04.760 harvester chia.harvester.harvester: INFO     1 plots were eligible for farming 7f7df47263... Found 0 proofs. Time: 0.45949 s. Total 402 plots

Am I right that there is a problem with my setup because the eligible plots are ~0 and changes few times in a minute?
