Connection Issues?? Please Help a little Farmer :-)

Hello Today i think i have some issues with the connection.
here is the Log the log is full of the error. port 8444 is open. And the Connections to other peers are very slow

logs look ok. have you tried adding introducers and node.chia.net?

Thank you for you answer. Yes everything is sync. How i can check everthing is Working well?
