Move Farm from Windows to MacOS

So hello fellow farmers, i want to move my GUI farmer from Windows to my IMac (its only purpose is Farming) , i searched the Inet for answers but stumbled on much more Questions on that route.
The next best answer was a moving guide from Windows to Linux

install Chia fresh on the new system
enter your mnemonic
bam your wallet magically appears with the correct balance
everything just works, happy days...

does that apply for MacOs?

my concerns are about he -f and -p keys i use for all my plots. do they still apply on the MacOS Farm Gui?!

i am realy thankfull for any clarification on that.
