Are you fully synced to the blockchain? I was farming for 2 days and 5 minutes behind the block even though my Full Node read "Synced".. Check which block your Full Node is on vs the current block height on chiaexplorer

How to fix it? Honestly, luck.. I shut down the farm, backed up the databased files in ~/.chia/mainnet so I wouldn't have to fully re-sync and re-installed the chia-blockchain, re-launched and added the node.chia.net:8444 introducer.. brought me up to speed and haven't seen the error since.

Running Chia 1.1.6 on Ubuntu

unfinished blocks are the tip of the chain, it is perfectly normal behavior
