Harvester server error

Keep getting this error in my logs...have no idea why....

Also getting this constantly .....

2021-06-18T00:03:58.214 harvester harvester_server : INFO Connected with farmer {'host': '127.0.0.1', 'port': 8447}

sometimes, this happens if you end up with 2 harvesters running the same ID (running the process twice on a machine) ?
woes this continue after a reboot ?
