Checklist to make sure farming & harvesting work well

My estimated time to win is 10 days, but I haven't won for over 20 days. Is there a checklist to make sure everything runs well?

1. HDD Looking up qualities: should be less than 5s. If I saw 5-6 seconds lookup a few times a day, is it still ok? What is the normal solution for this when you have over 5000 plots (7 harvesters, 1 farmer)
2. See plots passed Filter every 10 seconds.

What else should I check?
