The submit_payment_loop in pool-reference fails

Hi!

wallet_rpc_client.send_transaction_multi in pool-reference fails, the daemon log contains:

    await wallet.push_transaction(transaction)
AttributeError: 'PoolWallet' object has no attribute 'push_transaction'

I'm not sure if this is a bug in chia-blockchain or failed ducktypying in pool-reference. I'm running chia-blockchain==1.2.0
