Accept pool urls with a trailing slash (/) when creating NFTs

Hi!

I did not look into the GUI code, but it looks like something goes wrong with url parsing when the GUI tests the supplied pool url by fetching {USER-SUPPLIES-POOL-URL}/pool_info - it works without a trailing slash but fails with one.
