Is it possible to direct the farmer and/or pool NFT to a different wallet?

With pools up and running, I imagine hardware wallet support is going to be next. To me, having a seed that's just stored on the harddrive for any random program to read is a show-stopper to directly investing money into Chia.

Once wallet support is available, I would very much like to switch from my current insecure seed to the BIP39 seed I use for all other coins. However, changing a seed means changing wallets. Transferring funds across is simple enough, of course.

Replotting is a bit more of a mess. Having a plot that's associated with the pool NFT instead of a specific pool makes it easier to move between pools. But what about moving between wallets?

More importantly, some pools are giving "early bird" bonuses which are linked to the NFT's creation date. If a new NFT has to be created, then the early bird bonuses are lost.

So, is it possible to transfer ownership and reward target of a pool NFT to a different wallet?

P.S. Are BIP39 seed words compatible with BLS key derivation?

Perhaps I should phrase this more simply: Is it possible to send/sell your pool NFT? And, would doing so reset either the pool points and/or invalidate pool plots?
