[enhancement] Provide the ability to either Remove or Disable Duplicate Pools

My Pool Dashboard is a mess as it has several duplicate Pools (e.g. https://pool.xchpool.org). There needs to be an ability to remove or disable duplicate pools

I was able to find a WORKAROUND by doing the following:

1. Go to C:\Users\[User]\.chia\mainnet\config
2. Open config.yaml
3. Find "pool_list:"
4. Remove duplicates from the list as shown below by looking for the launcher_id:
