a way to use NFT to transfer ownership of pool plots to another private key

I was thinking about this. What about a way to use the NFT / pool plots in a way that you could transfer ownership of the plots to another private key. This would allow for actual transfer of ownership of pool plots to another party without the risk of being scammed.
