Can make a tools for go version？

the coinID means sha256(parent_coin_info, puzzle_hash, value),but for change the bytes for parent_coin_info have some different from golang and python.
Go use the way to change like this :

	b[2] = byte(v >> 16)
	b[3] = byte(v >> 24)

}

Or use

	var buffer bytes.Buffer
	 binary.Write(&buffer, binary.LittleEndian, num)

but not works
